Delivery of Goods

New purchases come with FREE DELIVERY by Regular Australia Post for orders delivered to an Australian or New Zealand address.  For your mailing reference, our parcel size for a single Bub2Tot 8in1 is 240mm x 190mm x 120mm Medium Australia Post mailing box, and a double Bub2Tot 8in1 is 400mm x 200mm x 180mm Large Australia Post mailing box.  You will receive email notification and updates on the tracking of your parcel.

Made to Order purchases are despatched within 2-4 weeks upon receipt of full payment.  Delivery may take between 2 to 10 business days for domestic orders, and between 20 to 30 business days for international orders.  Please note that orders from regional areas may take longer to deliver.  Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.  Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of MOMMY LOVEY.
